Service / Maintenance Agreements
AP&D Supplied NEW Toshiba system have a 5 Year warranty. Refurbished Toshiba systems have a 3 year warranty. Both new and refurbished Toshiba systems come with free remote access support by Toshiba trained, certified & accredited Technicians.
All other new or refurbished telephone systems carry a 12 month warranty.
All AP&D customers enjoy free telephone support for the life of the AP&D supplied system with free no obligation communication advise.
An AP&D warranty on new & refurbished telephone systems covers the system hardware such as handsets, the main equipment, for a period equal to that of the equipment supplied. It does not include labour to attend site, repair &/or replace damaged or faulty parts. To cover such labour costs we offer an optional service &/or maintenance agreement.
AP&D offer service/maintenance agreements for all the systems we sell once their initial warranty period has lapsed.
A service agreement can cover just hardware on an exchange back to base basis with faulty equipment being exchanged via a courier service. The labour cost of technician attending site would be charged as and when required.
An AP&D service agreement/maintenance agreement covers both your equipment and any labour cost in attending site to carry out service. They are available for a 12 month period and can be paid for in advance, annually, quarterly or monthly to suit.
A AP&D service /maintenance agreement holder enjoys priority customer service response when they make a service call request.
AP&D service/maintenance agreements do not include repairs or replacement for equipment where damage is caused by deliberate abuse or miss use. Ingression of a Liquid(s), Pest or rodent invasion. Power surge or corrosion however caused. Consumables such as back up batteries, paper inserts etc. Are not covered by a service agreement.
